Jeep Grand Macochee - Mini Infiltrates Jeep Dash
The headline from Left Lane News was Jeepintosh, so I was forced to come up with another Mac-Jeep name. Try not to thorw tomatos at me.
I give the installer a lot of cred for the clean, custom install. The particle board work is strong and looks like there was planning involved. Very dissimilar to my GMC Yukon install which was a succatash of left over boards and re-used self-tapping screws and strapping tape. The most difficult thing to get right in these installs is the dash mounted screen. Getting that skin stretched into shape to make a nice splace for the monitor is a serious challnege that requires all of the right tools, patience and skill.
